Arizona Velocity Competition Jump Rope Team
 The Arizona Velocity Competition Jump Rope Team ready to kick off another great year! We are a part of the Just Jump Organization and a result of the Jumping Jaguars recreation team which paved the way for what we are today. Members of Velocity are highly self-motivated and excited about the challenging atmosphere of the team.
The group consists of athletes whose focus is on competing with other jump rope teams from across the nation. Participation in Velocity requires jumpers to have at LEAST one to three years of jumping experience. Membership is limited and registration is completed on a yearly basis. (i.e. registration is in August and continues until the following year in August) Heavy parental involvement is the "norm" and jumpers are extremely dedicated and fit.
We have the unique opportunity to meet jumpers and parents from all over the world, not only through competitions, but also at camps and training sessions. Attending the event in Colorado which entertained seven nations and over 300 children was just one of the memorable experiences our jumpers have had.
Our terrific athletes have competed throughout the nation and have brought back a myriad of gold, silver and bronze medals along with countless ribbons from single, partner and double dutch events. Velocity jumpers/parents are members and proud supporters of both USAJRF and AAU jump organizations.
